GORGONZOLA CHEESE SAUCE


GORGONZOLA CHEESE SAUCE

4 people :
2 cup double cream 30% fat pasterized
gorgonzola STRONG cheese (blue)
1 tbl spoon each person (4 tbl spoon)
reduce the sauce to be thick to coat the spoon in ready
pour gnocchi in sauce + flip + serve :-)
